Behind the scenes of Love wine and coffee there are two of us - Elvira and Arpad. We are a married couple, parents, physicists, wine and coffee lovers as well as photography enthusiasts. We had the idea of making this Instagram page for long time but we decided to start posting in March 2020, during lockdown. It started as a stress relief and now it is part of our everyday lives. Since then we have been spreading our love for wine and coffee and also sharing our knowledge and experience. Along the way, we fell in love with natural wines and they became our passion. We have learned a lot, met some amazing winemakers and got introduced to their philosophy. We enjoy visiting wine events and wineries, taste wines and in between enjoy a good cup of coffee.
Branislav Anđelić started his organic odyssey by planting resistant grape varieties Panonia and Regent on the banks of the Danube river in Belgrade’s municipality of Grocka in 2008. Having no family tradition in agriculture, he learned from books, magazines and journals, as well as by visiting organic grape producers in Europe and Americas. Since 2018 he has been writing for vino.rs portal where in more than 50 articles he shared his knowledge and experience, encouraging conversion to organic viticulture. He has been recognized as Organic Leader by IFOAM. He is a qualified trainer for organic viticulture and winemaking, after completing the required course of study at the University of Salamanca in Spain. He trained many individual grape growers and from 2022 he has been training advisers of the Serbian Agricultural Extension Services. Branislav was born in 1959 in Belgrade, Serbia. He graduated in economics in Washington D.C. and earned his master in international business in Grenoble, France. He worked in many different countries, primarily in management positions in the IT sector. He also worked as a management consultant, as well as a civil servant in the government of prime minister Zoran Đinđić. Today, in addition to organic grape growing, he works as an innovation expert for the European Commission and as SME advisor for the EBRD.
