Bikicki's vineyards are located in Banostor village, on northern slopes of Fruška Gora Mountain, facing the Serbian stretch of the Danube River on the edge of Fruška Gora National Park. Đorđe works together with technologist Oscar Maurer and winegrower Jelena Burmudzija to produce incredible wines of character and clarity that express the terroir from which his grapes come. Bikicki currently cultivates around 10 ha of organically treated vineyards, and the grapes are handpicked with yield of approx. 5.5t/ha. The soil in vineyards is extremely diverse, and is mostly composed of cambisol and vertisol clays with presence of volcanic rocks, limestone and marl. Such soil is rich in nutrients and very easy to cultivate.

His vineyards benefit from the influence of the Danube River, receiving a second sun reflection which prevents a freeze in the winter, and provides a cool breeze in the summer. His vineyards are on 140-220 m.a.s.l, with more than 3,500 sunny hours annually and enough rain to provide the grapes with everything necessary for an excellent wine.

Fruška Gora, located in northwestern Serbia, is an ancient wine region and natural geological phenomenon. The Roman Empire used Serbian vineyards extensively due to the quality of the terroir, naming it Alma Mons ("fertile mount"), and were the first to plant vineyards in Fruška Gora.  Fruška Gora spreads on the 45th parallel north, the same as Bordeaux. Often called the "mirror of the geological past", it is formed from layers of almost every geological period, and approximately 10 million years ago was an island in the Pannonian Sea. The rich geological history of the region has had a huge impact on the character and diversity of the region's soils.

In the cellar, Bikicki works with low-intervention principles, using only a little bit of sulphur prior bottling. The technologist for all wines, Oscar Maurer, ferments exclusively on natural yeasts and without additional intervention in the cellar. Bikicki's philosophy in wines is balance and elegance - he believes in using natural principles to produce clean wines which express fruitiness the terroir provides his grapes.
