333 (2019) from Aleksandar Todorović winery (Tri Morave, Serbia).
This great orange wine is a blend of Grašac, Župljanka and Sauvignon Blanc.
Skin contact 4 days. Maceration in open vessels on indigenous yeasts.
Aged in oak barrels for 24 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
SO2=19.46 mg/l.
In the glass it is light amber.
The nose is medium(+) intensity, seductive and rich with aromas of bruised apple, honey and orange zest.
On the palate it is complex with flavors of ripe apple, orange zest, candied ginger and honey.
Medium(+) body, vivid medium acidity, medium alcohol, touch of fine tannins and long finish.
Amazing gastronomical wine! Our recommendation: roasted duck.
